@Supreme the main issue of not fetching placeholder fields is still there. Let us know once you make an update. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the details, we have forwarded your concern to our tech team, who will look into it.

Though we have checked their API documentation, they haven't mentioned anything to list the Placeholder items in the API. So we have contacted their support team for the same. Shall notify you with an update soon.

We have added the Placeholder's label fields in the "eSignatures: Create Contract" action step. Kindly re-connect the action step and try.
