Hi !

You know how important customer reviews are !
So you've planned to add a trigger when a new review is published on ETSY and also add an action to publish a response to this review.

Is it possible to do this with Etsy: Custom API Request (Beta)? If so, please explain, as we don't have enough information to use it.

Regarding your first request, setting up a trigger for "new review published" on Etsy would require a polling-based trigger, as webhooks cannot be manually implemented for this use case. Unfortunately, API by Pabbly or Custom API Request cannot act as a trigger. However, you can submit a feature request for this trigger using the link below, and if feasible, our team will work on integrating it:

For your second request, publishing a response to a review is not currently possible, as the Etsy API does not provide an endpoint for this action.
