Hi,

Can't send a lead test through facebook test lead through https://developers.facebook.com/tools/lead-ads-testing . It seems that Pabbly is well connected to My page page but can't receive any test/leads.

What should I do to fix this ? My campaign is still running and I am collecting an important volume.

Upon reviewing your workflow, we noticed that you are using the trigger Facebook Lead Ads: New Lead Instant.

Could you please confirm that the Facebook account connected to Pabbly Connect owns the Facebook page you’re trying to fetch leads from? If you only have shared access to the page, please use the trigger Facebook Lead Ads: New Lead instead. This should allow Pabbly Connect to properly receive the leads from your campaign.

Once confirmed, you can try sending a test lead again and check if it comes through.

Ok, will do it thanks. The problem is that I can't sell a lead 10mn after he filled the form. that's why I choose Instant. It seems that this is not possible using the trigger Facebook Lead Ads: New Lead

Thanks for the clarification. You’re correct — the “Facebook Lead Ads: New Lead Instant” trigger only works if the connected account owns the Facebook page, and it doesn’t support pages where you have shared access. That’s why the leads are not coming through instantly in your setup.

If you only have shared access, the “Facebook Lead Ads: New Lead” trigger will work, but it uses a polling mechanism, which can introduce a delay of a few minutes before leads are fetched.

Unfortunately, instant triggers are only available for page owners. If you require real-time lead processing, you would need to ensure the Facebook account connected to Pabbly Connect owns the page directly.
