I am trying to set up the following Facebook Lead Ad to Webhook by Pabbly and push that data into a data base any help on how to make this happen please as the webhook does not look like it is available as a second step only as a trigger

Webhook by Pabbly module always be available in the trigger step. You can't use it in the action steps. You can use API by Pabbly module if you are looking for capture any data and inserting into any database.
