Facebook Lead To MailChimp TAG

Hi everyone, I'am needing some help.

Basically what I wanna to do is, send the facebook leads ads to Mailchimp, to the a specifically TAG in my audience. I have 3 variables: nome, email and fone.

Util now My MailChimp never received any trigger

I really appreciate your help guys to run this.
