Facebook New Comment & Message Triggers not firing / working

Hi,

I try do build a Workflow based on a New Comment or New Message Trigger for Facebook Pages but it doesnt get the data, I am stuck at the very first step, eventough the connection is there and I see the listet pages. I click on save and test and then I add a comment via a another account but the data is not received.

Could you please confirm the following so we can proceed further:

• Is the Facebook Page from which you’re trying to capture the comment/message owned by you?
• Have you connected the Facebook account that is the owner of that Page?
• Is the Page a business or public Page (not a personal profile)?

Once we have these details, we’ll be able to investigate why the trigger is not capturing the data.
