Webhook not triggering on “Message: sent, received” events

Hi,
I’ve set up a webhook in Chatflow and enabled the following Webhook Events:
Message: sent, received.

When I click the “Test Webhook” button, I successfully receive the test data on my endpoint.
However, when actual messages are sent or received in the chat, the webhook does not trigger at all — no data is being sent to my webhook URL.

I’ve confirmed that:

  • The webhook URL is active and working (it receives the test payload correctly).
  • The webhook is enabled in Chatflow.
  • The selected events are “Message: sent, received.”
Could you please check why the webhook is not firing for real message events?

As we have checked, we couldn’t find any WhatsApp number connected in Pabbly Chatflow. If [email protected] is not your Pabbly account email address, please share the correct one.
