Hi Pabbly team,
I need help with my WhatsApp number +52 1833 616 5993 on Pabbly Chatflow (coexistence mode — WhatsApp Business app on the phone + Cloud API).
What happened: On June 12 the number got de-registered on Meta's side (Pabbly showed the error "(#133010) Account not registered" and outgoing messages failed). We re-registered the number, and sending now works again (API messages and console messages go out fine).
The problem (still broken): Since the re-registration, incoming messages from clients and messages we send from the phone (coexistence echoes) no longer appear in Pabbly Chatflow at all — not in the inbox, and no message_received / smb_message_echoes events are generated. Only outgoing API messages and message_sent events are working.
What we already verified on our side:
Thank you!

What we already verified on our side:
- Our API token is valid (we can list contacts and templates via the API — all good).
- Our webhook endpoint is active and working: when we click "Test Webhook" on our "message received" webhook, the test payload arrives correctly and is processed. So the webhook delivery itself is fine.
- The issue is upstream: real incoming messages and phone-sent messages are not reaching Pabbly, so there is nothing to deliver.
Thank you!
