Problems as mentioned in the title. Unfortunately recently encountering problems regularly when setting up new Pabbly Connect automations.

Also inconsistently. One time the workflow goes through without the 10900 error mentioned which affects all iterations of Facebook Pages: Send A Private Reply steps after the first one - see task ID: IjU3NjUwNTZlMDYzZjA0MzY1MjY4NTUzNDUxMzI1MTY0NTQzNjBmMzAi_pc

(But even this task failed to work fully and eventually started returning the second error mentioned.)

Then other times getting both errors.

What's going on? Can this be fixed?

Recently encountering errors commonly with Pabbly Connect, which makes it less valuable for me sum total because of necessary partly extensive time commitments to discuss and fix, as well as reliability issues.

Could you please look into the errors in this workflow and give feedback accordingly?

Errors appearing consistently throughout various runs of the workflow. Task ID given is only one example.

This issue occurs either when the customer has blocked your page or when you're trying to reply to an interaction that is more than 7 days old.

It seems you're replying to the same comment ID multiple times, which is causing this issue.

1. Regarding error 10903 - I will check if this related to a user who blocked the page.

2. Regarding error 10900 - This does not necessarily pose a problem as can be observed here: task ID IjU3NjUwNTZlMDYzZjA0MzY1MjY4NTUzNDUxMzI1MTY0NTQzNjBmMzAi_pc
As you can see replying to the same comment ID works flawlessly here - until HTTP status error code 500 appears. Please comment on this. I do want to send multiple private messages to the same comment ID trigger. Why does this not work in some cases but does work in others? It's necessary for me to be able to reply with several messages.

3. Regarding error message ID #300: In this task for instance: IjU3NjUwNTZlMDYzZjA0MzU1MjY1NTUzMzUxMzc1MTY2NTQzODBmMzAi_pc

Yes, I can see this, too as evident from the task history. However I cannot confidently say that this relates to sending multiple replies. Stating that it does rather is a guess based on observed correlation. I would like to know what exactly causes the error - especially as sending multiple replies does work in several cases as showcased by the example mentioned further above.

While wrapping key-value pairs in double quotes is correct, please ensure that you are not using additional double quotes within the message content itself. If you need to include quotes inside your message, we recommend using single quotes (') instead of double quotes ("), as improper formatting can sometimes lead to unexpected behavior.

We understand that the message may go through when using the “Save & Send Test Request” option, but the error typically appears during actual task executions in the task history.

To proceed, we kindly request you to:

  1. Recheck the message JSON structure to ensure it's clean and correctly formatted.
  2. Perform a real-time test (not just a test request).
  3. If the issue still occurs in the task history, please share the exact task ID with us so we can take a closer look.
