Hello,

I have created an workflow to share Facebook post to multiple social channels. Link route is as below.

/workflow/mapping/IjMxOTU4NCI_3D

The test run works well, but it is unable to auto update new post. Please can you help look into this and check if there's anything wrong in the set up?

Hey @kilong12390

Seems like the Condition which you have passed in the Filter condition is not been fulfilled in the live automation.

Please cross-check the filter condition in your workflow and then pass the data in whcih the filter condition gets fully filled.

hey @Supreme ,

I have deleted the filter condition. The filter was set by one of the support member when I submited a help request, then I replicate to the workflow.

It's still not working. Please can you check and advise how to fix this?

hey @Supreme , nevermind i deleted it and it works now. The previous condition was to prevent duplicated posts shared to Instagram and GMB, but it doesn't happen this time. Thanks for your help.
