Failed Payment had no reason

this is the reason a payment failes. I asked for help and there was no explanation and I am now confused and without help. I do not know how to proceed here.

this was not resolved and continues to be an issue, now saying that the API key is an issue.
This would likely relate to the recent update of the business name.
