Failed Payments

I would like to send a SMS message every time a payment is failed whatever the reason is. I use PerfexCRM integrated with Stripe and PayPal. 90% of payments are collected with Stripe.

I didn’t find any way to create an automation for this use case.

As a workaround I tried to create the automation with Stripe + Twilio but when getting Stripe data It doesn’t collect the phone number of the Stripe customer.

Ideally I would like to use PerfexCRM to cover failed payments from all payment gateways. I already have API module and Webhooks module on PerfexCRM.

You can use the "Stripe : Retrieve a Customer by Email" action step of Stripe to retrieve the related data of the customer.
