Feature: Choose Where To Start?

Can Pabbly "Choose where to start?" like in Make Integromat? I would need to run through a whole WooCoomerce order database.

Choose where to start:
-From now on
-Since specific date
-All
-Choose manually

Please advise if this is possible.

Pabbly Connet's Woo-commerce triggers are for New Order or Updated Order. But it will only trigger for future ones, not the past onces.

If you want to go through all the past orders use Scheduler as a trigger and then use Get All Orders action of woo-commerce.

Seems like the List All Orders can only get 10 orders per cycle (Based on Test Requests result). And the schedule shortest interval is 1 minute. 10 orders/min is the best speed. This might be quite slow.

We have tried increasing the limit in the List all Order action step, can you please give it a try and let us know if that works for you.

Here is the workflow.

I tried to List All Orders and create multiple rows in Googlesheets. But it only create a single row/minute with each row being the same data.

I supposed I don't have the understanding how it gathers all the data and create the row by row. For Make (Integromate), it is rather straight forward to understand.

Kindly try the "Line Itemizer" action step to pass the complete data in comma separated manner.

Hey @danlsk

Could you please remove the double quotes and square brackets from the response by using Text Formatter and use the action Replace and then try the same scenario again?

I have tried. I believe it strips off the data categories and will not be able to fit into Google Sheets categories.

I tried looking through Pabbly's tutorial video. There is nothing similar about running through the database of WooCommerce and putting the data on GoogleSheet. I need to do certain further filtering and manipulation on that data later. It took me much longer onboarding time to get it work which I could have done it very quickly with Integromat Make. Sorry, no offense, merely honest customer's feedback for further improvement. I wish your team can do a tutorial on this and put it on youtube. WooCommerce - List All Orders > Google Sheets

Hi Fagun,
Thanks for the favour. The goal is as simple as going into Woocommerce database and do a CVS file export. This can be done manually with many wordpress plugin. My second steps involves more data manipulations and transformation. You can try out with your Pabbly Connect over there first. It is such simple step that Pabbly Connect seems to be more complicated than Make Integromat. Anyway, I will most likley switch to Make after this trial period. The time I wasted is too huge.
