feature does not appear Whatsapp by 360dialog

i'm trying use pabbly connect, but when I try to find the "Action Event: Check Contact Number" feature it is not available
is this feature only for paid user?

Initially, the action step was part of the integration on WhatsApp 360 which is now not available due to some restrictions from Facebook to 360 Dialog's integration.

Perhaps because of that, the action step is no longer available.
