Feature Request: Convert Accented Letters into URL Escape Codes

Hi,

I want to create a URL variable of names. However, when they have accented letters I either have to normalize them, which I don't want to, and also doesn't work for all accented letters like the dotless i, or I should be able to convert the accented letters into URL escape codes.

Would be an option that could be added?
