You can use the "Google Sheets : Lookup Spreadsheet Rows" action step in your workflow and can check for the existing data in your Google Sheets.

So, in that way you can only feed the data which is new to your previously added data.

You can refer to the following video tutorial on how you can use the Lookup Value action step.

We have added the "Google Sheets : Lookup Spreadsheet Rows" action step after the trigger event along with the filter action step to restrict the entire which is already in your Google Sheet.

Kindly review that up and let us know if that works for you.

Thanks, just to confirm i would really have to have two sheets right

1) To pull all the data from the website first (from RSS feed)
2. Then use Pabbly Vlookup function on that sheet to only select certain data to add to the main sheet

Is that correct?
