Filter Condition using Google Sheet Lookup Result

How can we add a filter under a router based on the Google Sheet Lookup Result?

I want the Router to have 2 Steps.

1st Step = When Lookup fetched Result/s
2nd Step = When Lookup fetched No results.

I am unable to find a common value to use for the filters to differentiate between the 2 scenarios.

When LOOKUP fetches no result, I have below response. But none of these parameters are available when LOOKUP fetches result/s.
