Filter to Prevent Sending Duplicate Private Messages

I need a filter to prevent sending duplicate private messages to clients. For example: a client leaves a comment, and GPT responds both in the comment and sends a private message in Facebook Messenger. If the client replies to the comment again, the trigger activates, and GPT responds in the comment, but it should not send another private message since the client has already received one.

You can do this
Once you'll receive any comment save FromID in google sheet(After sending personal message) and before sending Personal message search that value in google sheet if it's there or not if it's there then no need to send message.
