Instead of using API by Pabbly to send the WhatsApp messages kindly try using the dedicated integration to do the same.

(Watch the second part of the video)

When you send another WhatsApp message using the action step, the trigger will initiate the workflow again because you've selected the trigger for any received message, creating a loop.
