Hello

I have a problem with a flow where I'm using Facebook Lead ads and Microsoft Office (Outlook) and the Pabbly API to my CRM system.

I receive 1 unique lead three times in my CRM and in my mailbox.

I can only think the problem is that i'm using the same leadform in other similar flows to track down Facebook leads from my ads.

Is it the case that one FB-lead can trigger the same leadsform in other flows?
Because in the past I used this same way of work in other flows as well and then it worked perfectly.

Hey @Broos !

Sure, it seems to be a technical issue for which the tech team is checking on it.

In the meanwhile, you can use a workaround which can stop such duplications further.

You need to use "Filter" module and restrict the condition by adding the form ID-

This will further restrict all such duplications and work for only those workflows in which the specific form is added.
