Thanks for sharing the details. Upon testing, we found that your flow is set to trigger only when a user sends a text (e.g., "ad webinar to calendar"). If a user clicks the quick reply button, the flow will not be triggered, as this is the intended functionality.
Please refer to the attached image for clarity. You may restructure your flow accordingly to achieve your use case, as the current setup will not support it.
