Could you please confirm if the telephone number prefix will be the same for each newly captured lead from Facebook? If it does remain the same, then you can simply add the telephone number in the GetResponse: Create Contact action step

Grazie, il prefisso è sempre lo stesso, ma capita che il cliente a volte aggiunge già +39, a volte invece non lo mette.

Si può creare una condizione per cui se c'è il prefisso non viene aggiunto?
Se invece manca viene aggiunto?

If you set the Number Formatter: Format Phone Number as shown in the attached screenshot, it will always add the prefix +39 to the phone number, regardless of whether the number already has a prefix or not.
