Require message sent date and time in Chat API (Action : Send Message) & Gmail (Action: Send Email) apps. It is required to map the date & timings at which it was delivered to a particular number.

Using Date/Time Formatter step, you can get the current date which you can use in a further steps. You have the option to select in which format you need to date to be as shown below -
