Can you explain why the format of this step was altered compared to other times this exact step has run without this formatting issue with all these slashes and why this step failed please?

Unfortunately, we do not have any updates regarding this issue at the moment. However, I assure you that our technical team is actively working on resolving it. This issue persists in an inconsistent manner, meaning that it occurs sporadically or without a predictable pattern.
 
So at the moment, your own integrations with platform official APIs are not working for Instagram with reels, quota on YouTube api, Facebook post ids are missing on completion of post, and my own custom apis won’t work either because your system is altering the format of the data from how I have it set so when it is sent to my api I can not control the format. So now about half of all my workflows do not work reliably. I can not tolerate this and it must be fixed. Why are you altering my data format being sent to my own APIs? How do I prevent this from continuing?

Please look into the JSON format which you have provided in your Data to fire your API request where you have missed passing the double quotes to pass the keys as a result it is disrupting the request.
