Free Plan - Workflow Frequency

I just started using the free plan in Pabbly Connect. The workflow created is to transfer new leads from Indiamart to Zoho. At what frequency will it be executed? Can i change the frequency? For each lead transfer, will it be counted as 1 task, or two tasks?
