From the older discussion, two sms are being triggered instead of one.

Contiuning this thread, sms should be triggered once, but it is triggered twice.

We cross-checked your both of execution and compared their items, we found that there are some items that got updated in a minute from your WooCommerce and because of that the workflow sends the message for the second time.

Can you please check your history log once and tell us whether was a one-time thing or if it happened again?
