GETRESPONSE TO SHEET from specific list

Hello,

Im trying to make workflow that would send contact details of a person who subscribed to list named "x" to google sheet. I ran into some problems since webhooks dont differentiate between lists, it takes all account contacts. Is there any way i can accomplish this? I have zero coding experience so i would be grateful if someone would tell me.
