Getting an error at upgrade downgrade plan

While doing an upgrade downgrade I am getting an error message as "Payment method is required" but there is no option or field available in API documentation such as payment_method. please provide the solution on it.
I have given the screenshot below.

Could you please try passing the Card ID as well, as you are passing the payment method "credit_card" which seems compulsory?

Otherwise, if you do not want to pass the card ID, simply select the " offline " payment method.
