It appears that the access token associated with your WhatsApp number has expired. You can either regenerate a temporary token and update it under Chatflow, or switch to using a permanent access token to avoid such issues in the future.

To proceed with checking the issue, could you please grant us permission to access your Pabbly Chat Flow account? You can do so by replying with the following statement:

“You have my permission to access my Pabbly Chat Flow account and make changes if required.”

Additionally, if possible, please provide a chat example that you’ve tested after creating the flow but did not get triggered. This will help us replicate the issue on our end. If needed, we may also send a test message from our number to verify the flow behavior.
