GMail Send Email Fails Intermittently

Does anyone have any idea why Gmail Send Email fails with a 429 error code?

Error Code429
Error MessageResource has been exhausted (e.g. check quota).
Error StatusRESOURCE_EXHAUSTED

I got this response for the first time yesterday and a second time today. Sometimes the email goes through without any issue. We're only sending four to six emails per day via Pabbly, so there isn't a huge volume.

Hey @mikeybinto

You will see the error like this: Rate Limit Exceeded.

This error appears when you are sending messages beyond a certain limit.

We highly recommend users to use a professional SMTP service like SendGrid, MailGun, or Amazon SES that allows you to send emails in bulk without limits.

If you purchase an SMTP and use that instead of Gmail step. Your issue with Gmail Exhausted issue will be resolved.

Further, you can also purchase a professional GSuite account where the limits are comparatively higher for sending emails.

You can consider using Amazon SES for sending emails as described below -

We are using a paid Google Workspace account. Also, as mentioned, I’m sending less than a dozen of emails from Pabbly. I suspect something else is going on.

This seems to be a similar issue

We have made some changes to the Gmail Send Email action. It should work fine. Please check your workflows and let us know if it persists.

Hi Naveen, The problem resurfaced again today with an email send failure. It had not occurred for a while. Again, our usage is relatively low (<20 dozen per day) so we shouldn't be triggering the problem at our account level.

Hey @mikeybinto

We are still working on the same and contacted the Google team for the same, so we would request to allow us some more time.

We shall notify you with an update soon.

we're also sending maybe 3 automation emails per day... less than 100 per month -
and I'm using the paid gsuite - furthermore, the issue is that I'm not even getting such an error from google itself when I expect them to notify me, especially on paid accounts...

is there any other solution to check or update the quota?
