GMB Unreplied Reviews Automation

Hi, I have created an automation to respond to unreplied reviews on GMB (which I copied from your Youtube Channel) , I had 99 unresponded reviews for one account & this automation initially worked, however it stopped working before answering all the reviews. This has now happened for two accounts, It seems like it cannot pickup the reviews anymore.
I have paid for a yearly amount of credits, and would appreciate a refund if this cannot be fixed.

We've made a small change to step 2 of your workflow by setting 'Reset on Execution' to 'No'. Based on your latest task history, it appears to have resolved the issue. Please monitor your workflow for a while to confirm.
