Google Calendar appointments to Monday.com CRM

Hi,

Unfortunately our leads coming in to monday.com consist of leads that were in google calendar long time ago.

As you can see here : start date is 2024, but last update is 11/8/25 (Today). Thank you

Hi Preeethi, this is the date format on monday.com:

Mon, Aug 11 2025

However the Date does not sync to our monday.com under the Created column.

Could you please provide more details about the issue where the Date is not syncing correctly to the Created column in monday.com? For example, is the step successfully updating the Created column but with a different date than expected?

Also, could you share the date that appears in monday.com and the task history for the specific task execution? This will help us investigate the reason behind the discrepancy.

The date appeared on the Created Column will be empty.

The lead start date on Google Calendar is on 26th July.

Start DateTime

2025-07-26T14:15:00+08:00

But it is executed again on Aug 11 2025 under "Updated"...

We did not edit this detail on the google calendar, not sure why its Re-executed ?
This caused alot of old leads to sync and appear on our monday.com.

Since 15 August is a national holiday, scheduling the meeting on that date will not be possible. We can instead arrange it for 13 or 14 August, or in the following week. Please let us know a convenient time accordingly.
