The trigger in your workflow is a polling-based trigger with a 24-hour polling interval. This means the workflow will only trigger after 24 hours of the event occurrence.

If more than 24 hours have passed and you still do not see any response in the workflow history, we recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Capture a response by creating a few dummy events and starting them.
  2. Recreate the workflow in the old UI and check if events are captured there.
If both steps do not resolve the issue, please let us know the outcome so we can investigate further.
