Google Docs : Create Document from Template in Shared Drive

Hi there,

I keep getting the following error when I choose my template:

I also notice that the {{fields}} do not appear in the options above that are found in the document: i.e Date, Firstname, Surname, School

I have created the template ok.

But the fields do not appear in Pabbly to be able to map on the document
