Google Lead Form To CRM

I have a Google Ads Lead Form data connected using a webhook

I have mapped the right data but the leads are not being sent to CRM

But the data in IN CRM is showing wrong mapping

Please see what seems to be issue

We looked into your history log and it seems like the mapped labels are coming in a jumbled way because you might have made some changes in your Lead Form. Thus the data are going on another field.

So, kindly re-capture the webhook response and re-map the fields.
