We created a workflow for automatically responding to Google Reviews and there are no errors. But we keep receiving emails stating there is an error and Reviews are not being responded to. Attached is the email message we are receiving.

How can we fix this issue?

Hi @MarlasFas,

The error shown in the screenshot you shared is related to your OpenAI's plan and is coming from their end. You no longer appear to be encountering the issue.

As for the errors you are encountering now, it seems there are no Unreplied reviews left to respond to, which is why nothing is being mapped to the 'Create Reply' action step and you're encountering the error.
