Google sheet trigger issue

I have created a work flow where when the new row will be added in the sheet I have integreated it will send the notification on email and whatsapp but it is not working.

Hey @IJpabbly

Related to your error in the Zoho Bigin error then kindly make a new connection since the connection which you are using is a pretty old and would recommend you to create a new one.
