Workflow for Google sheet to MongoDb not working

I have setup the workflow correctly in pabbly for Google sheet and Mongodb. I have also sended approx 4 data from sheet to mongodb. The problem that i am facing is when i update a row or when i add a new row the workflow in working like that row is not updating and new row is not added in mongodb.
