Google Sheet Twilio problem

Hello, I am doing a task where it sends SMS messages whenever a new spreadsheet row is added. The task is successful but the sender does not receive the text message. I looked on Twilio logs and it says that the message has been delivered.

We have checked over your concern but couldn't find any issue while sending messages from our end. Though we have checked your recent history log which also seems fine to us.

Kindly check the delivery status of your messages with the Twilio team.
