Whenever there is a new review is given in Google My Business, we should get notified in email and can we approve or disapprove the review in googlesheet by clicking a link in our email?

Can this be done, else we will have to manually open the google sheet and approve/disapprove the review

It appears that you might not approve the review from Google Sheets and pass it further. You need to review the comments manually.

I want to approve / disapprove the review by clicking on a link through automation,

Presently there is no action event available that will approve/disapprove the review.
