Got issue with whatsapp cloud api

Hello,

I'm using a WhatsApp cloud api to send a message. So after the setup, when i push a send a test request it said successful but I dint get the WhatsApp what it should be. so I check on history workflow I saw this error.

So can someone help me to explain how to solve this issue?
