Heartbeat Group Join Not Working

I have a workflow that is supposed to trigger on Heartbeat group join. It doesn't seem to be triggering when members join this group. I selected the group name from the Group ID dropdown (see below) but the example shown is a group ID (which I don't know how/where to get because it's not something Heartbeat shows me within the platform).

The trigger appears to be working correctly on our end (please refer to the attached screenshots for more details).

However, could you please share a short screen recording demonstrating a user joining the group and the workflow not getting triggered? Additionally, it would be helpful if you could provide us with the group join URL so that we can test the workflow from our side as well.
