I need support to verify my task because there is a bug in task work flow.
Shopify - ZoHo integration.
3 steps are working fine. Last stage is getting error in workflow.
1) Shopify to Zoho book integration - working fine
2) Shopfiy to existing customer billing - working fine
3) Shopify to new customer contact creation - working fine
4) Zoho books new customer to Zoho book invoice creation - Error
- Invoice customer name is not getting changed
- Same name is present in all invoice copy
- This stage , there is a bug.

Please help me to sort it out. this is big problem in invoice creation

Hey @rishi boutique

Upon looking into your workflow it appears that you were not mapping the details such as "Contact ID" and "Contact Person ID". Instead, they were all static values, which is why the output name was the same every time.

Although, we have added the step in your second route namely "Get Contact Person by Contact ID".

Also, we have turned on the map button and mapped the fields "Customer" and "Contact Person ID".

Kindly check your second route and apply the required steps in the first route too.

We have resolved the issues in your workflow and configured the necessary fields in both routes.

Please conduct a few test runs and inform us if you encounter any further issues with this workflow.
 
Hello Team,

Now this issue is solved.

But new issue in this workflow.....for one single order two invoices are getting created.
In shopify get one order, but in zoho books create two invoice without shipping and with shipping
two invoices are generated.

Please refer the attachment ( shopify and Zoho books). kindly help me to resolve the issue.

This was done from our end because we rectified the issue and did the mapping twice with the same response.

This issue won't appear further.

While creating workflow, "get contact person by contact ID" action is always passing an empty contact ID to Zohobooks, though the previous step "find customer" or "get contact by email" has been successful
