Help - Monday.com create an update isn't working :/

I'm getting this issue.

This item was only create one step before. Well, 2 steps before. I added a step to 'get item id' to see if that would work but no luck.

I was also receiving a 'no response/timeout' msg.

The original data is coming from the 1st step of a webhook coming from my CRM that a contact has been updated.


Anybody got any thoughts? I'm stumped...

Can you please share the workflow URL in which you have tried the same so that we can look into it and help you accordingly?

In the "Create Update" action step, please consider using either "<br>" or "\n" to create a space for new content.
