I authorize Pabbly Support to log in to my account and make changes to the specified workflow for troubleshooting.
Since you updated, all my automations stopped working. Google Calendar no longer picked up new events added to calendars, damn it.
Now I tried re-capturing webhooks and it's executing all the OLD automation flows... ABSURD. I already had this problem a few months ago now and you told me it was due to an update you made and that I had to create new Gmail accounts. WELL, I did that and now I have the problem again and it's bugged again. HOW do we fix it now???

n8n doesn't give me any problems so I'll probably switch to that...even if I paid for the lifetime plan and I'm giving you €79 a month...you're just giving me PROBLEMS

Google Calendar: New and Updated Event (Instant) trigger step requires you to create a new calendar while setting up the trigger. It cannot be set with an existing calendar; otherwise, you may encounter the issue mentioned above.

Please create a new calendar as per the steps mentioned in the Important Note, and then try setting up the Google Calendar: New and Updated Event (Instant) trigger step.

I CAN'T REDO NEW CALENDARS EVERY 2 MONTHS BECAUSE YOU DIMINISH THINGS AND YOU HAVE BUGS SO NOW I'M CUTTING OFF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AND SWITCHING TO ANOTHER PROVIDER BECAUSE EVEN FROM THE ANSWER YOU GAVE ME IT'S NOT THAT YOU CARE MUCH

Upon checking the task history from our end, the workflow appears to be triggering and executing correctly. To investigate this further, we have checked the specific Task History ID you have shared but it seems that it was updated on the date when it triggered the workflow, refer to the attached image for a better understanding.

You still don't understand the problem...the new ones I took today as a test didn't take them...but n8n did.

So since it seems to me that you rightly have a lot of stuff you do and you don't pay proper attention to individual problems but only general ones, I give $79 a month to others. I still keep the one-time account and maybe for the simplest things I'll let them run here...the end.

  • The exact event details (date/time, calendar/event name or ID)
  • The workflow trigger being used
  • Any task history reference (if available), or a screenshot/log showing the event in n8n
With this information, we can directly compare the trigger behavior and identify what’s preventing the workflow from firing, and then guide you on how to make the trigger more reliable.
