Hotmart integration does not get the buyer's email information to create user in wihslist.

I am integrating Hotmart payment processor with wishlist. In order to create the user it asks for very basic information like name and last name which Pabbly is not getting from Hotmart. Any ideas on why this is happening? How can I contact support?

The Hotmart's "Order Approved" trigger event is a webhook type trigger so the webhook data which was received by the API in the Webhook Response of Pabbly directly comes from the API end. So, It just catches the data whenever send by the application and shows it in the Pabbly Connect workflow.

Pabbly doesn't manipulate anything with the incoming data coming from the application's end. Although I have forwarded your concern to our integration team if they found any workaround with any other action event which can retrieve the buyers' details with the help of an email address we will let you know.

We looked over your concern and it seems like they didn't mention the listing of students in their API, since it is required to add a listing of students to create an action event to receive the buyer's details through it.

So, currently, there is no workaround or any action event to fetch more details of the buyers from their API.

I tried connecting it to wishlist and create a user based on the only two parameters I have which are Transaction ID and Buyer Email... The tasks were consumed but the user was not created... looks like or it seems like the itegrations are not as thorough and complete as they should to have it working

Hey @lajseer

We looked into your workflows and it seems like the user's email address that you are trying pass already exists in your Wishlist. So, if you need to pass the email address and their respective details which already exist, so you can use the "Update Member" action step for your concern.

Although, if you want to establish a workflow where you can check whether the users' email address exits or not and then create/update accordingly, so you can refer to the following thread for a similar use case.
