How do I map Pabbly Connect to Reporter field in Jira Service Management

Hi,

How do I map Pabbly Connect to Reporter field in Jira Service Management? I'm using Google Forms. User's Name is always mapped as "Request participants" instead of "Reporter" in Jira. Kindly help. Thanks.

Hey @RKasmani

In the action step, you need to pass the customer ID by toggling the map button which you can create the users first with the help of the "Create Customer" action step.

How can I link customer to Reporter field in Jira Service Management.

Hey @Helen Dang

Kindly use the "Get Service Desk Customer" action step to get the customer Id which you can pass in the Customer Id field.
