How insert formidable forms variables in facebook template messages

for some reason I only receive messages from the "send templates message", but when I put "send text message" in action event it doesn't work, so I need to integrate the variables of formidable forms(like name,phone,email,etc) in the facebook template and I don't know how to do it.

Hey @pablol44

If the end-user did not initiate the conversation with your WhatsApp - you must use a "Send Template Message" action instead. Once, the user started the conversation with your WhatsApp then, only you can use this action step.
