How to Add a WhatsApp Number in Pabbly Chatflow

Adding a WhatsApp number in Pabbly Chatflow is a simple and quick process. Follow the steps below to ensure a seamless setup.

Step 1: Log in to Your Pabbly Chatflow Account​

1. Open your web browser and go to Pabbly Chatflow.
2. Enter your login credentials and click Sign In.
3. Once logged in, you will be redirected to the Dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to the "Add WhatsApp Number" Button​

1. On the Dashboard, you will see an overview of your WhatsApp Message Credits and other key details.
2. Locate the "Add WhatsApp Number" button on the right side of the screen.
3. Click on this button to initiate the setup.

Step 3: Enter the Required Information​

Once you click the "Add WhatsApp Number" button, a dialog box will appear. You need to enter the following three credentials:

1. Meta Access Token​

• Obtain this from your Meta Developer Account under your App Settings.

2. Phone Number ID​

• Available under the Meta Developer Account App settings.

3. WhatsApp Business Account ID​

• Retrieve this from your Meta Developer Account.

Step 4: Click "Next" to Proceed​

1. After entering all required details, click the Next button to continue the setup.

Step 5: Copy the Webhook Callback URL & Webhook Token​

1. In the next dialog box, locate the Webhook Callback URL.
2. Click the copy icon next to the URL to copy it.
3. Similarly, find the Webhook Token and copy it by clicking the copy icon next to it.

Step 6: Add Webhook Details to the Meta Developer Account​

1. Open a new tab and navigate to your Meta Developer Account.
2. Go to the Configuration Section under your App Settings.
3. Locate the fields for Webhook Callback URL and Webhook Token.
4. Paste the copied Webhook Callback URL and Webhook Token into the respective fields.
5. Click Verify & Save.

Step 7: Enable Webhook Fields​

• After verifying the Webhook settings, enable the webhook fields based on your business requirements.
• Ensure that required event types such as:
  • Message Received
  • Message Status
  • Template Message Status
    are enabled.

Step 8: Finalize the Setup​

1. Return to Pabbly Chatflow.
2. Click the Close button in the setup dialog box.
3. Your WhatsApp number is now successfully added.
