How to capture thread message in slack and sends to source?

Hey,
I'm working on Automation Task connecting VoiceFlow and Slack using Pabbly. The task is to authorize the slips. User will share the slip that'll be forwarded to the slack (This is done now). Then the team will review and approve the slip and that response should be shared to the source (user). I'm thinking of achieving this

1- Using emoji e.g Tick, Cross to approve (Highly appreciated!)
2- Using message in thread, so the team needs to add message like Ok, No etc to accept or reject.

I can use data forwarder but how can I get the thread messaged or emoji response?

Hi @m-ahsan,

You can use Slack: New Message trigger event to capture message reaction, then use that reaction however you wish to.
